Fake ID Generator makes it easy to make IDs, Licenses, Passports, and more for yourself. You can make a passport for your cat, make a credit card for your baby and even you could make an ID for your left foot, if you wanted to!

LicensePaste a new photo over the current ID’s image if you scanned someone else’s ID. Open the photo that you’re going to use to replace the current photo. Trim the photo so that it is a similar size to the original ID’s photo. Export the new photo to a separate file and then open it in the same project as the scanned ID. Drag it on top of the original photo until you’re happy with the location.[3]
  • Alternatively, you can put the new photo over the location where the photo belongs on the ID and the cut the sides of the image off with the crop tool in whatever program you’re using.
  • Hold the shift key down in Microsoft programs while dragging the corner of a photo to keep the ratio between the sides of the image identical to the original photo.
  • If your new photo won’t go in front of the ID, right click it and find the layers tab. Select “bring it to the front” or “front” to make it lay on top of the ID.
  • If you need to take a new photo specifically for your new ID, use a camera and a tripod to take it. Try to duplicate the background on the original ID by hanging a drape or bedsheet of the same color behind you.

Funny driver's license cards make great gag gifts or party favors and can be personalized with funny sayings, goofy photographs and other design ideas. They're fun and easy to make. Using almost any graphics-editing or desktop-publishing software, you can create your own customized ID cards in a few simple steps, to pass out to your friends and family.

Step 1

Decide on the program you'll use to create your funny driver's license. You can use 'Photoshop,' if you have it, or almost any graphics-editing software. Several excellent programs, such as Serif 'PagePlus,' can be downloaded free of charge. Most of these programs work the same way for creating simple graphics, such as a humorous driver's license.

Step 2

Open your graphics program and select 'New' from the 'File' menu. Create a document 2 3/8 inches by 3 5/8 inches. You can also choose 'New' and the 'From Template' command, and select a business-card template. Any business-card template will do. Click on each element of the template and hit the 'Delete' key to remove it, so you have a blank document.

Step 3

Insert an image in the document. You can resize the image beforehand, to whatever size you want it to be on your card, or you can resize it after you've opened it. On the 'Insert' menu, select 'Picture' and navigate to the folder on your computer where the image you want to use is stored. Click on it, and it will appear on your screen. If you have to resize it to fit the card, click on the edge or corner of the image, hold the mouse button down, and drag to make the picture smaller or larger. To position the image on your card, click on the image and hold your mouse button down while you drag and drop the image where you want it.

Step 4

Use the 'Text' tool from the 'Insert' menu or toolbar to create a text box. Click inside the text box and type your text. Since you're making a funny driver's license card, don't forget to include official information like name, date of birth, address, and the state 'issuing' the license. Use a real license to get an idea of how you want to format it. Be creative. Make up a name for the city or state. Include a clever saying, or incorporate the text with a funny image.

Print your license on business-card stock, which you can purchase at an office-supply store. You can also purchase plastic laminating sheets to enclose your funny driver's license, to make it more sturdy.

Items you will need
