This message may be displayed together with the message 'CRC failed in file name. The file is corrupt' and may help to detect exactly which volume is corrupt. That's not good.
Can you find another PC running the same OS - Windows XP SP2... oleaut32.dll is in the C:windowssystem32 folder. Copy the file from the working PC to a usb flash drive, then copy the file from it to your PC. Remove the usb stick and reboot.
If the advice above is unsuccessful, performing a repair installation should restore all Windows DLL files to their working versions.
